About
Becca Wagemann
I
have been practicing IA® for the last 7 years. I became
an IA® teacher in 1999 and have completed many additional
hours of advanced study in IA®. I am also currently employed
as an Independent Study High School Teacher at Charter Community
School, for the El Dorado County Office of Education.
What originally drew me to Integrated Awareness®?
The desire to improve and expand relationships with my spouse,
family, community and working colleagues. The innate drive
to seek optimum health for myself, at all possible levels
of consciousness.
IA® is a tremendous tool in the teaching
environment. Interactions with my students have been vastly
enhanced, and students in turn are more successful academically
and personally. New balance and harmony is also reflected
in other individuals with whom I relate at home and at work.
My family and friends find more satisfaction in their lives
as a result of our improved relationships.
Guidelines:
Integrated Awareness may be an appropriate complement to conventional
medicine and other conventional therapies, but it is not a
replacement for them. If you have or believe you may have
a medical condition, we recommend that you first seek the
advice of a qualified medical professional.
The hands-on and movement processes, the
guidance into expanded perceptual states and the enhanced
response capacities associated with Integrated Awareness are
learning experiences and not medical procedures. Integrated
Awareness is a set of avocational and spiritual skills. Becca
Wagemann and all of her assistants are teachers and they do
not intend to, nor do they, practice or operate within a medical
model. The changes and personal growth that students encompass
as a result of their studies with Integrated Awareness are
initiated by the students and are a result of the information
and recognitions mirrored back to them by their teachers.
Your decision to learn through Integrated
Awareness should be made in consultation with your conventional
health care providers. We recommend that you keep your primary
health care provider and other providers informed about your
work with Integrated Awareness, so that they can ensure you
have a comprehensive and inclusive treatment plan.
